What is Real Estate Professional Status (REPS)?

REPS is an IRS designation that allows real estate professionals to deduct rental losses against other income. To qualify, you must spend more than 750 hours per year in real estate activities and more time in real estate than any other profession.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Open your device's app store settings, find REPS Hours under subscriptions, and cancel from there.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Free users can export a CSV of all entries from Settings. Pro users can also generate professional PDF reports organized by property, category, and date.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes all your data from our servers, including entries, properties, and attachments. This action cannot be undone.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) with encrypted connections and user-specific security rules. Only you can access your data — no other user can see your entries or properties.
