Delete Your Account

You can delete your REPS Hours account and permanently remove all of your data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and exactly what is removed.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)

1. Open the REPS Hours app and sign in.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and all associated data are permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify ownership of the account and permanently delete it and all associated data within 30 days of the request.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove all of the following from our servers:

• Your account and authentication record (email, Google, or Apple sign-in)
• All time entries (dates, durations, notes)
• All properties and activity categories
• Participant names
• File attachments (photos and documents you uploaded)
• Preferences and settings (goals, reminders, tax year)

This action is irreversible. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

What may be retained

We do not retain any of your personal activity data after deletion. Subscription and purchase records are held by Apple or Google Play under their own policies and are not controlled by REPS Hours. To manage or cancel a subscription, use your App Store or Google Play account settings. We may retain limited, non-identifying records only where required by law (e.g., tax or accounting obligations).

Export before you delete

Deletion is permanent. If you want to keep your records, export your data first from the app's Settings screen (CSV is free; PDF reports are available on Pro) before deleting your account.
